If you are a budding organization, then it is important for you to maintain healthy relationships with your clients as you are a newbie in the industry. In such a case, getting positive feedbacks from customers is not a piece of cake. If you think as a customer, you will know that we tend to write reviews only when we are not satisfied. It is rare when a customer especially logs into your website and makes an effort to write a positive review for your company.

Therefore, you have to ask the happy and satisfied customers to write reviews for you. It is always better to ask them in person. However, you can also send an e-mail requesting a feedback from them. But, you also have to make sure that you are not bothering your customers with repeated e-mails or calls. This might lead to an inflow of negative reviews as well. Call them only once or twice for feedbacks in order to get a positive response.
